The Lodge is a private residential home in the process of renovation. The clients biggest worry was keeping the budget low and creating a planting area around the existing Septic tank manhole covers and vent.
Strengths:
- Existing plants/furniture can be reused
- Protected against wind
- Mature existing vegetation
Weaknesses:
- Shady in areas due to existing tree cover
- Septic Tank
- Low Budget
